There is a touch of class and A TOUCH OF CLASS. This is one classy full service Jeweler. I was referred to the shop by my mother in law. I needed a new watch battery. A young lady worked with me. While I was waiting for my watch, I started walking around. One older man asked if I needed help. At first I said no, then I saw some lighter fluid. I said maybe you could help me. I asked if he would fill my Zippo lighter. He did. I wanted a nice silver bangle for Christmas. I found one, the young lady helping me told me that she would hold the piece for me. I asked how long would she hold it? She said until you come back. I asked if they cleaned Jewelry she said yes, I got a couple of my rings cleaned before I left the store. I had never seen them so clean. The young lady and every employee helping me made me feel like my life mattered. They even sized a new watch band I got there. I came back a few days later and purchased the bangle. I highly recommended Touch of Class. They served with Class and treat you with dignity.

This by far is one of the best jewelry store I've ever seen. Quality pieces at decent prices. Customer service is amazing. Not only did they repair my antique wedding ring set but they are fixing my Bulova watch. I mean seriously they can do anything! Highly recommend!

I had a very positive experience buying an antique pocket watch recently. I had been looking at an assortment of mid-to-high-priced items but the resident watch expert found one half the price from among the hundreds they had in storage. He was able to give me the watch’s company history and printed out details of the movement. The watch was a good value and runs well. The only downside is that I haven’t gone back because I know I will buy more.

They are truly amazing at Touch of Class Jewelers they fixed a necklace that belonged to my mom and I was so proud that it could be fixed and then a medallion that I had made they were able to encase it so that I could wear it and didn't have to take it off I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very happy with the service and selection at touch of class. The exterior of the store is deceiving though as the inside of much nicer than the outside would suggest. Jakob took care of us and was very knowledgeable. He provided lots of options but wasn’t pushy or trying to “sell” to us.

Very pleased with my first experience with this company. The staff was nice and my jewelry repair was beautiful.

I took a broken 10k gold, box style chain to see if it could be fixed. In addition, the necklace was too long and needed to be shortened. Their jeweler was able to shorten the chain and repair the break and it was ready for pickup the very next day. The repaired chain looked brand new and was a perfect length. The staff at Touch of Class are friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to assist when you go into the store. Thanks so much!
